About

I am a classical pianist with passion for vocal arts and theater. I enjoy collaborating with vocalists and vocal ensembles, as well dancers and other theatrical groups. Currently I am collaborating with soprano Karen Fried (https://www.karenfriedsoprano.com) and we are looking forward to sharing our music together with the groupmuse audiences!

I am originally from Lithuania which is also where I started my musical journey. As a soloist, I made my orchestra debut at the age of eleven with the St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra of Vilnius. I have also earned awards in four Lithuanian national and four international piano competitions in France, Estonia, Italy, and Lithuania. Most Recently, and I became a winner of the Texas State Concerto and Aria Competition 2020.

Music

I specialize in Romantic and post-Romantic repertoire. In my performances I enjoy featuring selections by lesser- known composers while also including some of the traditional audience favorites. As a collaborator, my greatest passion is interactive performances, that include theatrical elements. I most frequently collaborate with vocalists and fellow pianists performing 4-hand or 2-piano repertoire. I love sharing music in more intimate chamber settings that allow to communicate with the audience and other performers on a more personal level.
