About

Danny has been traveling as a musical ambassador for the U.S. Dept. of State each year since 2009 bringing American music abroad.
He has performed and recorded with such artists as Liza Minnelli; Randy Brecker; Phoebe Snow; Michael Feinstein and Stephen Shwartz as well as a host of Baroque and Early music groups. Recent Pops and Jazz performances include; Moscow, St. Louis, Dayton, San Diego, Santa Rosa, Milwaukee, New Jersey, Phoenix, Fort Worth, Mazatlan Mexico, Calgary Victoria and Winnipeg Symphonies. Danny received his BM from Mannes in 1988 and his MM in 1989. He has been teaching Drumset, Orchestral Percussion, Jazz and World Drumming at Mannes the Newschool for the Arts since 1989.
