Historical context

This project was born from my love affair with the tradition of guitar and piano trios. We will explore some of my favorite material from the anthology of guitar and trio music. Our joy in performing this music is to explore the musical languages that helped shape Guitar into what it is today while sharing with listeners the history of how these traditions developed.
