Join composer and pianist Felix Jarrar for an evening of music entitled "September Schubertiade-PLUS". This program is a spin-off of the 'Schubertiade', or salon concerts in the early 19th century that featured the lieder of Franz Schubert. The "Schubertiade-PLUS" elaborates upon that concept by offering programs featuring the lieder of Schubert alongside works by other composers. Soprano MaKayla McDonald will perform a diverse program of music that will include a few of Felix's art songs!
The concert will take place at Felix’s apartment at 226 Pulaski Street (Apartment 4) Brooklyn, NY 11206. Buzz 4 when you arrive! A suggested donation for this concert is $10. It is hosted through Groupmuse!
