Experience three extraordinary musicians in conversation through Groupmuse Nights Out, offering discounted tickets to the New York Philharmonic’s
Artist Spotlight: Batiashvili, Capuçon & Thibaudet at David Geffen Hall on Saturday, October 24. Violinist Lisa Batiashvili, cellist Gautier Capuçon, and pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet come together for an intimate program exploring three composers who found remarkable inspiration in the piano trio.

The program brings together youthful brilliance and mature emotional depth: Shostakovich’s Piano Trio No. 1 and Debussy’s Piano Trio, both written when their composers were still teenagers, offer early glimpses of musical voices that would become unmistakable. Dvořák’s Piano Trio No. 3, by contrast, is a deeply expressive mature work—one of the composer’s most emotionally powerful compositions.

With three internationally acclaimed artists at the helm, it’s an evening of chamber music that moves from youthful experimentation to profound musical maturity. Groupmuse Nights Out makes it possible to experience this stellar trio for less. 🎻🎹 We've got tickets that typically sell for $88 for only $35 (and less for Supermuers)!
