Sanctuary Sessions returns for its second gathering - an intimate evening designed to slow down the senses and invite stillness back into the body. This time, we welcome two extraordinary classical Indian musicians: Praveen Narayana on tabla and Fernando Subirats on santur, whose combined artistry creates a soundscape of deep resonance and quiet transcendence. Together, their music moves beyond performance into immersion - a live sound bath rooted in centuries-old tradition, offered as a space for presence, reflection, and release.
The evening will be hosted by Paola Cruz (@practicewithpaola), whose grounding presence will guide the space and hold the container for this shared experience. As the music washes over the room, you are invited to simply relax and receive the soothing vibrations from these wonderful instruments.
Light vegetarian bites will be served throughout the evening, along with non-alcoholic drinks by Sober in Central Park, keeping the atmosphere clear, nourishing, and conducive to connection. Sanctuary Sessions is an invitation to pause - to trade the noise of the city for something quieter, richer, and deeply human.
