Discover the magic of collaboration with Groupmuse Nights Out, offering discounted tickets to Musicians from Marlboro at Weill Recital Hall on Friday, April 17 at 8 PM. Born from a summer tradition in rural Vermont where artists gather to explore chamber music in its most joyful and exploratory form, this touring ensemble captures that same spirit of curiosity and connection on stage. Aptly described as “musicians at play,” the program brings together rising vocal talents—Bridget Esler, Chihiro Asano, and Patrick Bessenbacher—for an evening that blends expressive singing with the intimacy of chamber performance.

The program weaves together luminous vocal duets and sparkling instrumental works, from the warmth and lyricism of BrahmsThree Duets and Schumann’s Four Duets to the haunting drama of Britten’s Canticle II: Abraham and Isaac. Framing the evening are two of Haydn’s effervescent piano trios, brought to life by an exceptional ensemble of artists including Lydia Brown, Oliver Neubauer, Judith Serkin, and Solomon Ge. With Groupmuse Nights Out discounted tickets, this is a rare chance to experience chamber music as it’s meant to be—intimate, adventurous, and alive with shared discovery. 🎶
