    Our program opens with Claude Debussy's Cello Sonata, a short sonata that is full of color, playful, and bursting with character. It is followed by Beethoven’s Cello Sonata in A Major, No. 3, a work brimming with excitement, humor, and romance, ending with a brisk and rambunctious Allegro. This program is full of adventure, with plenty of heart and lush, expressive dialogue.
