Conceived as a series by pianist Ian Scarfe and cellist Kendra Grittani, "Suspended Harmonies" presents concert featuring some of the great historical music, from Bach, Brahms, and Beethoven, to Grieg, Gershwin and Glass. Joining the musicians for selected special appearances are a variety of performers and dancers on Pole, Aerial Silks, Lyra, Mime and Clowning, and Tap Dance!
These programs are always music first, with a side of playful circus style performances featuring some of the Bay Area's great movement artists.
