We've got an awesome offer for our Groupmuse community members! May 15 7pm join your fellow groupmusers for a Night Out with NY Resonance at The House of the Redeemer.
The evening will begin with a wine reception (come early at 6:30 for the Salon!) followed by a performance featuring the music of Rachmaninoff.
NY Resonance founder, pianist Leon Livshin, writes this about their upcoming program:
"We will try to look into the world of crisis through the fate of Rachmaninov, his music, and Chekhov’s stories. It is especially worth noting that our guest performers for this concert - Dina Nesterenko (violin) and Dan Sloutskovski (cello) - in addition to being fantastic musicians, seem to know how to live on the edge: how to enter this dangerous and fragile zone of crisis without fear of losing themselves, and most importantly, how to come out of it renewed!."
All tickets include complimentary wine. Seating is general admission, first come first served.
What's the music?

Rachmaninoff | Trio élégiaque No. 1 in G minor
Rachmaninoff | Sonata in G minor for Cello
and Piano, Op. 19
