Crystal A. Sawyer is a freelance harpist who performs as a soloist, in ensembles, and with orchestras throughout South Florida and beyond. She enjoys collaborating with jazz and classical musicians, dancers, choreographers, poets, and visual artists. Crystal has appeared at Buskerfest, and Make Music Miami.
Her healing-focused work includes performances at senior venues and participation in reiki circles.
As a music educator, Crystal has served Miami-Dade County Public Schools for over 20 years. She holds a Master of Science in Reading from Florida Memorial University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a TESOL Endorsement from Florida International University.
Crystal has appeared at Buskerfest, and Make Music Miami.
In 2022, she founded the Lady of Harp Academy with the mission of providing a more inclusive music curriculum for children from marginalized communities.
