uba\, a region deeply rooted in the traditions of Cuban popular music. Gro
wing up in this rich cultural environment had a decisive influence on my a
rtistic vocation from an early age. I am a professional musician specializ
ing in electric bass\, with more than fifteen years of experience dedicate
d to performance\, teaching\, and music production within the field of pop
ular and traditional music.\nMy musical journey began at the age of nine a
t the Juan Pablo Duarte School of Music\, where I started my formal traini
ng in classical guitar. During this period\, I also participated as a sing
er in choirs and in several student-formed musical ensembles. These early
experiences helped shape my musical sensitivity and strengthened my sense
of collaboration and ensemble work.\nI later continued my intermediate-lev
el studies at the National School of Arts (ENA)\, where I further develope
d my technical skills and artistic identity. After graduating\, I began te
aching music to children\, marking the start of my pedagogical work\, whic
h has remained an important part of my professional life alongside perform
 ance.\nAt the same time\, I launched my career as a professional musician\
, performing with various well-established musical groups. Among the most
significant are “Enrique Álvarez y su Charanga Latina\,” the Jaruco C
oncert Band\, the orchestra “Charanga Melodías del 40\,” and the inte
rnationally recognized orchestra “Manolito Simonet y su Trabuco\,” amo
ng others. Each of these experiences contributed profoundly to my artistic
growth and to my understanding of the diversity and depth of Cuban music.
\nThroughout my career\, I have participated in more than fifteen recordin
g productions with artists from different countries\, working as both a ba
ssist and music producer. I have also had the privilege of traveling to mo
re than twenty-one countries\, sharing Cuban culture and bringing our musi
c to audiences around the world.\nSince 2023\, I have been living in the U
nited States\, where I continue to develop my artistic career. In this rel
atively short time\, music has continued to open doors and provide meaning
ful opportunities\, reaffirming my commitment to artistic excellence\, cul
 tural exchange\, and lifelong excellence.
